{"id":15301,"date":"2023-10-23T07:23:42","date_gmt":"2023-10-23T06:23:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.1sante.com\/?p=15301"},"modified":"2024-05-10T18:51:27","modified_gmt":"2024-05-10T17:51:27","slug":"ehu-doran-250-greffes-renaux-de-louest-suivis-au-service-de-nephrologie","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.1sante.com\/online\/ehu-doran-250-greffes-renaux-de-louest-suivis-au-service-de-nephrologie\/","title":{"rendered":"EHU d\u2019Oran: 250 greff\u00e9s r\u00e9naux de l\u2019Ouest suivis au service de n\u00e9phrologie"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"itemBody\">\n<div class=\"itemIntroText col-xs-hidden \">\n<p><strong>ORAN &#8211; Le service de n\u00e9phrologie de l\u2019Etablissement hospitalier universitaire (EHU) &#8220;1er novembre&#8221; d\u2019Oran prend en charge 250 greff\u00e9s r\u00e9naux de toute la r\u00e9gion Ouest, qui viennent pour b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019un suivi m\u00e9dical apr\u00e8s leurs greffes, a indiqu\u00e9 la cheffe de ce service, Pr Zerdouni Faiza.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"itemFullText\">\n<p>&#8220;En effet, un greff\u00e9 r\u00e9nal est suivi tout au long de sa vie apr\u00e8s la transplantation&#8221;, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Pr Zerdouni, ajoutant que &#8220;son service est l\u2019un des rares dans la r\u00e9gion Ouest \u00e0 assurer le suivi de cette cat\u00e9gorie de malades&#8221;.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em><strong>&#8220;Un greff\u00e9 r\u00e9nal n\u00e9cessite une prise en charge sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e&#8221; , a-t-elle dit, pr\u00e9cisant que &#8220;les structures de sant\u00e9 qui ne disposent pas de services sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s refusent de prendre une charge un greff\u00e9, m\u00eame s\u2019il s\u2019agit d\u2019une simple fi\u00e8vre&#8221;.<\/strong><\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Ainsi, les greff\u00e9s r\u00e9naux reviennent \u00e0 l\u2019EHU pour leur suivi m\u00e9dical r\u00e9gulier, mais aussi pour des soins et des consultations pour diff\u00e9rents probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Le service de n\u00e9phrologie est \u00e9galement impliqu\u00e9 dans la greffe r\u00e9nale, lanc\u00e9e en 2013, avec des arr\u00eats et des perturbations. Cette activit\u00e9 a r\u00e9cemment \u00e9t\u00e9 relanc\u00e9e, sous l\u2019\u00e9gide de l\u2019Agence nationale des greffes d\u2019organes (ANG), avec une volont\u00e9 de p\u00e9renniser l\u2019activit\u00e9, a-t-on rappel\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Dans notre service, nous nous occupons du malade, d\u00e8s le d\u00e9but de sa maladie r\u00e9nal, avant son passage \u00e0 l\u2019h\u00e9modialyse et apr\u00e8s.
