{"id":14198,"date":"2023-03-29T12:15:51","date_gmt":"2023-03-29T11:15:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.1sante.com\/?p=14198"},"modified":"2024-05-10T18:53:25","modified_gmt":"2024-05-10T17:53:25","slug":"ramadhan-un-regime-alimentaire-sain-pour-alleger-la-pression-sur-le-corps","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.1sante.com\/online\/ramadhan-un-regime-alimentaire-sain-pour-alleger-la-pression-sur-le-corps\/","title":{"rendered":"Ramadhan: un r\u00e9gime alimentaire sain pour all\u00e9ger la pression sur le corps"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"itemBody\">\n<div class=\"itemIntroText col-xs-hidden \">\n<p><strong>ALGER &#8211; Le di\u00e9t\u00e9ticien et sp\u00e9cialiste du diab\u00e8te, Karim Messous a recommand\u00e9 de suivre un r\u00e9gime alimentaire sain et de prendre des repas sans graisses et sucreries en vue d&#8217;\u00e9viter la pression sur le corps et faciliter la digestion notamment en ce mois sacr\u00e9 du Ramadhan.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"itemFullText\">\n<p>Dans une d\u00e9claration \u00e0 l&#8217;APS, le m\u00eame sp\u00e9cialiste a fait observer que la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 alg\u00e9rienne change souvent ses comportements alimentaires et exag\u00e8re dans la prise de repas tr\u00e8s caloriques, d\u00e9passant celles dont le corps a besoin et sont souvent co\u00fbteuses \u00e9conomiquement et sans valeur nutritionnelle, en raison de contenu \u00e9lev\u00e9 en sucreries et en graisses, outre le fait qu&#8217;ils soient mauvais pour la sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>M. Messous a, en outre, expliqu\u00e9 que le corps du je\u00fbneur a souvent envie de prendre diff\u00e9rentes nourritures, ce qui requiert de la personne de ma\u00eetriser ces envies et d&#8217;organiser ses repas, de mani\u00e8re rationnelle, et sans exc\u00e8s en vue d&#8217;\u00e9viter la pression sur le corps d&#8217;une part, et de faciliter la digestion, d&#8217;autre part.<\/p>\n<p>Il a \u00e9galement recommand\u00e9 d&#8217;att\u00e9nuer la faim, lors de la rupture du je\u00fbne, en se contentant de prendre une ou trois dattes et en \u00e9vitant les boissons industriels riches en colorants alimentaires et en sucreries, tout en les rempla\u00e7ant par des fruits naturels qui sont b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques.<\/p>\n<p>S&#8217;agissant du plat principal, le sp\u00e9cialiste pr\u00e9conise une soupe accompagn\u00e9e de &#8220;bourak&#8221;, id\u00e9alement avec une farce aux l\u00e9gumes \u00e0 l&#8217;instar des \u00e9pinards, \u00e9tant une source d&#8217;\u00e9nergie parfaitement saine, en \u00e9vitant une farce riche en fromages et en viandes hach\u00e9es, un poids sur l&#8217;appareil digestif puisqu\u2019ils repr\u00e9sentent une source de mauvais gras avec des effets d\u00e9l\u00e9t\u00e8res sur la sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Il a \u00e9galement mis en garde contre la surconsommation d&#8217;eau, au moment de la rupture du je\u00fbne, il faut donc se contenter d&#8217;une petite quantit\u00e9 afin de faciliter l&#8217;op\u00e9ration de digestion, d&#8217;\u00e9viter de couper la faim et permettre au corps d&#8217;absorber facilement cette quantit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Par ailleurs, le sp\u00e9cialiste a appel\u00e9 \u00e0 organiser et r\u00e9partir les repas entre le S&#8217;hour et l&#8217;Iftar en vue de laisser le temps n\u00e9cessaire au corps pour la digestion, mettant l&#8217;accent sur l&#8217;importance du S&#8217;hour qui prot\u00e8ge le corps d&#8217;une \u00e9ventuelle d\u00e9shydratation tout au long de la journ\u00e9e et att\u00e9nue la sensation de faim.<\/p>\n<p>A ce propos, il conseille de manger et diversifier sa consommation en l\u00e9gumes, \u00e9tant riches en vitamines et en sels min\u00e9raux, outre leurs propri\u00e9t\u00e9s antioxydantes et la facilit\u00e9 de leur digestion.<\/p>\n<p>Dans ce cadre, il a insist\u00e9 sur l&#8217;importance de ne pas surconsommer les repas riches en sucres et en gras qui pourraient engendrer des naus\u00e9es lors du je\u00fbne, voire une hyperglyc\u00e9mie et une hypertension, en sus d&#8217;une prise de poids.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Source https:\/\/www.aps.dz<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ALGER &#8211; Le di\u00e9t\u00e9ticien et sp\u00e9cialiste du diab\u00e8te, Karim Messous a recommand\u00e9 de suivre un r\u00e9gime alimentaire sain et de prendre des repas sans graisses et sucreries en vue d&#8217;\u00e9viter la pression sur le corps et faciliter la digestion notamment en ce mois sacr\u00e9 du Ramadhan.
